Scott Simmons

I have been a resident of our beautiful city since the age of 10, when my family relocated to Santa Barbara from Illinois. I have been married to my wife for 49 happy years. I am a father of three grown children, and Grandfather of five. I am a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara, with a degree in Business Economics and I attended Santa Barbara College of Law.

I have been working in the insurance industry for 40 years. I started my career with State Farm in 1984 as an agent’s staff member, and opened my own agency in 2001. I’m proud to serve the residents of Santa Barbara, Montecito and the surrounding areas of Goleta, Summerland and Carpinteria. As a surfing enthusiast, I have been up and down the coast many times and always enjoy all that the local beaches have to offer.
